The Role

We collaborate with senior engineers who can take ownership of features from scoping through production. You work directly with our core team and client stakeholders, with clear milestones and minimal process overhead.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web applications, APIs, and integrations using modern stacks (TypeScript, React, Node, or similar).
• Translate business requirements into maintainable architecture and shippable increments.
• Review code, improve reliability, and leave systems easier to extend than you found them.
• Communicate progress clearly and flag risks early.

Ideal Profile

• Several years of production experience building and shipping software.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript or comparable stacks.
• Comfort owning a feature area with limited hand-holding.
• Clear written communication and respect for deadlines.

Compensation

• Agreed day-rate or fixed milestone pricing, depending on engagement shape.
• Independent contractor, no employment relationship.
• Terms scoped per project before work begins.
