The Role
We're looking for independent business development partners who can introduce us to companies that need custom software development. Your role is to identify opportunities, make warm introductions, and help initiate conversations with decision-makers. Our team handles discovery, technical discussions, proposals, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify companies that could benefit from custom software development.
- Reach out to decision-makers and generate qualified introductions.
- Arrange introductory meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
Compensation
- 10% commission on revenue collected during the client's first 12 months.
- Commission is paid only on payments successfully received from the client.
- No earnings cap.
- No base salary.
- No exclusivity required.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or a strong professional network.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and operations leaders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Interest in technology or software services is a plus.
